The Next Billy Graham

If you have ever heard TD Jakes speak, you have been moved and motivated by his effectiveness of delivering of God's word. He is the epitome of a good speaker who can tell it like it is. He has been called by both Time & Life magazine as being the next Billy Graham. I am sorry but you cannot compare ministers to each other. Every preacher has their own style. I was listening to one of his sermons, "The Do It Generation," today and he continues to amaze me with his humor and prolific speaking and deliver. In this sermon, he discusses how this generation of people should take life by the throat and do what they have been called to do and stop horsing around and being lazy. TD Jakes is the man behind Mega Fest, which is a family oriented event, that includes his conferences, "Man Power" and "Woman Thou Art Loosed." ManPower encompasses some of the best preachers in the country like Noel Jones, who has the ability to intensely deliver the Word to you as if God has read your mail or is directly responding to your situation through him; John Hagee, who is a minister who can propel you to really think. I recently heard his sermon on the end of the Earth and it is shocking and thought-provoking how much of Revelation lines up with what is happening now. It just emphasizes the reality of God's Word and how truthful it is. Other preachers include, Jesse Duplantis, who uses social commentary with a mix of dry humor to deliver the word and Eddie Long. The Woman, Thou Art Loosed conference includes speakers such as Juanita Bynum, who simply tells it like it is and Paula White, who is effective with her fast talk and moving spirit. Bishop Jakes has been motivating people for many years with his messages. He currently is known as "America's Preacher," being one of the most sought after speakers besides Noel Jones. His sermon delivery will empower you to move and do things that you always knew you could do but did not and use the gifts you have. He really makes you think. If you are ever in Texas, stop by the Potter's House and hear the Word of the Lord from this dynamic and powerful African American preacher who they are calling the next Billy Graham.

Life has many parts...I am not sure life does, but I think it does.
